Areaware
A smiling tissue box introduces a shop full of small design objects.

Website overview
Areaware provides a homeware website design reference for presenting unusual objects within a consistent product grid.
Areaware sells design-led home objects and gifts. The October 10 capture presents a selected product range through a reopening announcement.
What caught our eye
Hero: A colorful face on a tissue box fills the right side of the screen. A peach backdrop and a yellow seat make the object the focal point.
Headline: At capture time, the reopening message explained the state of the shop. It sets an expectation of a selected range rather than an enormous catalog.
Product presentation: Thin black grid lines separate products, prices and color choices. The regular structure gives unusual objects room to stand out.
Editorial layer: Design stories introduce the people and processes behind objects such as the Cache Box. Product browsing has a route into deeper reading.
